My name is Wojciech and I like to combine my tech and soft skills not only to create and lead awesome projects but also to help others grow together as developers who care about quality.

At Alokai I have the pleasure to lead a team of great developers. My role isn’t just about leading — it’s about collaborating, problem-solving, refining development processes, and ensuring that every team member has the support and guidance they need to thrive. I'm also responsible for the technical side of the projects, making sure that the code is clean, maintainable, and scalable.

Outside of work, I’m a father to a wonderful son and a husband to a beautiful wife. A bit of a geek at heart, I’m a huge fan of TCG games, board games, Lego, Star Wars, and especially Lego Star Wars.
